3601661 - Deployment of HDBLM skipped due to missing configuration

When trying to transport HANA file container via CTS+, the import phase seems to occur without errors but the content does not show on the target system.

Checking STMS transport logs for the affected transport request, we can see that the Deployment phase ended with RC=4 but no more information as below:
