Symptom

Out of Memory (OOM) dump(s) reported on the secondary site of the replication setup, but not on the primary site 

  • e.g. indexserver_<hostname>.<port>.rtedump.<timestamp>.<pid>.oom.trc

Log replay timeout dumps reported on the secondary site

  • e.g. indexserver.<port>.rtedump.<timestamp>.<pid>.secondaryReplayTimeout.trc

Log Volume Full on the secondary site

  • hana/log full on the secondary site

The largest allocators reported in "Top "M_HEAP_MEMORY" allocators (component, name, size). Ordered descending by exclusive_size_in_use." OOM dumps of the secondary site are some of the following main storage components:
