How to get the audit report for a landing page custom tile in Legacy homepage.

It is important to note that there isn't an Audit Report available for landing page custom tile. However, there is the option to create a custom report to fetch only the latest changes using Plateau Report Designer (PRD) as there is no audit table available for the same.

The required data can be fetched from the PA_HOME_CUSTOM_TILE table.
