3601693 - The "Entry Time" of the production order confirmation differs from the "To Be Confirmed" time

Symptom

Checking in the Display Production Order Confirmation app, the "Entry Time" under the Administration tab differs from the "To Be Confirmed" time under the Dates/Times tab.
