3601732 - Upgrade: Disabled "Post" Button navigating from Fiori App F2547 "Verify general entry for Requester"

Comparing functionality in two systems having different Support Packages, (in some SAP S/4HANA release upgrade scenario), or after some Support Package implementation for SAP Software Component UIAPFI70,  user reports that, when navigating from Fiori App F2547 “Verify general entry for Requester”,  upon selecting a posted Journal entry, and choosing "Manage Journal Entries" link,  in order to post a "Similar Journal Entry",  the "Post" button cannot be selected any more, it is just disabled.
