3601779 - Manage Supplier Invoices change log is empty for invoices with Entered and Held status

Change log for supplier invoices with Entered and Held status is empty and users cannot track the changes.

S/Hana Cloud Public Edition

Open Supplier invoice with Entered and Held status and click on 'Display Change Log': No data found.

This is standard system behaviour. 

Change log is available once the supplier invoice is already parked/posted.
