3601845 - Intrastat Declaration and Freight Cost.

You have noticed that the value of an Intrastat Declaration line Items is higher that the value of the related Customer Invoice Item.

SAP Business ByDesign

• Work Center Intrastat.
• Intrastat Declaration View.
• Search and open the Intrastat Declaration ABC.
• Go to Items tab.
• Select the line Item regarding the Customer Invoice item 123-1.

From here, if you compare the value given in the column "Invoice Value"  with the value shown in the Customer Invoice Item 123-3, you notice a higher value in the Intrastat Declaration and wants to know why.

A Freight Cost is added by the system in the Intrastat Declaration Line Items.

The total value of the Freight Cost present in the Customer Invoice is divided among all the items of the Intrastat Declaration, which explains the difference.

This is the expected system behavior.
