3601854 - Creating Work Agreements with multiple Job Details - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public edition

When creating Work Agreements, multiple Job Details are required.

Creating Work Agreements with multiple Job Details for one worker is not possible via Import Function as it was designed to create single work agreements.

This functionality is supported across all source channels. However, please note that creating multiple Work Agreements with corresponding Job Details for a single worker is not supported through the Import function.

If multiple Work Agreements are needed, it is recommended to use the SOAP API as the entry source, particularly when SuccessFactors is not available.

Please keep in mind that creating an inactive record with a high end date (9999.12.31) is not necessary. The system automatically generates an inactive record that becomes effective once the active record’s end date is reached. However, this inactive record will not be visible in the Manage Workforce app.
