3601858 - Unable to Hide Call Button in People Profile

Symptom

  • In the new People Profile view, there is a feature to allow employees to make calls or send emails directly to the profile owner.
  • An attempt was made to remove the office or call ability from this view by removing numbers in the Configure People Profile -> Configure header fields -> Select/deselect phone number.
  • Despite this, the call button remains visible.
