3601860 - KJ101 Error During Execution of KKAJ Transaction

Symptom

  • An error message "Message No. KJ101: WBS element & in project & is not released for billing" is encountered during KKAJ transaction.
  • The error occurs when using the mass run function, but not when using the transaction code KKA2 single run with the same WBS master data.
