Symptom

Unable to search workflows using workflow request ID in Diagnostic Tool. These are HRIS workflows and if 'Workflow Request ID' is provided, system shows 'There are no results for the given search criteria.'

We are able to search the same workflow by providing 'Requested By/Requested For' with specific time range.
