3601942 - PFCG | No suitable namespace exists. Message No. TK360

In the table PRGN_CUST the switch PFCG_NAMESPACE_CHECK is set to NO.
The disabled namespace check allows the creation of roles with non existing namespaces.
This behavior was an error.

After an upgrade to SAP_BASIS 7.58 SP0, creation attempts for such roles end with the error message "No suitable namespace exists." (Message No. TK360)
