Error " XmlParseEntityRef : no name" occurs when accessing api/v1/Resources in SAC.

1. Open the SAC Rest API URL: https://./api/v1/Resources in a browser to get list of resources in SAC.

Notice the error "XmlParseEntityRef : no name"

Some of the stories in the tenant contain special characters, such as ampersand (&), less-than sign (<), greater-than sign (>), double quote ("), single quote (') in their names.

We need to remove the special characters from the story name.
