Resolution

If "Connected Experiences" is disabled, some Outlook functionalities, including add-ins, may not function properly, as they depend on Microsoft's cloud services for authentication, data processing, and interaction with external applications.

An add-in relying on these features will be inaccessible on iOS if the corresponding functionality is disabled.

The changes affecting this behavior could be linked to Microsoft enforcing NAA (Non-Interactive Authentication) instead of Legacy Exchange tokens.
