3602012 - Requirements type field (VBAP-BEDAE) is not available in view I_SALESDOCUMENTITEM

Symptom

View 'I_SALESDOCUMENTITEM' does not contain field 'Requirements type' (VBAP-BEDAE). However, it can be observed that from S/4HANA 2025 release (S4 CORE 109), the same field is available in the mentioned view.
It is also not clear if the mentioned field could be made available via a downport SAP Note to be introduced in lower S/4 HANA environments as well.
