Symptom
- When there's a default screen configured on an object definition, the previous value is not showing.
- When there's no default screen configured on the object definition, the previous value with strikethrough format is seen.
- This is occurring for both standard and custom objects.

Reproducing the Issue
- Login to instance.
- Go Manage Data and check a data of an object with a default screen configured.
- See that the previous value is not showing.
- Go to Configure Object Definition and add a Default Screen on the object.
- Save the changes.
- Go back to Manage Data and see the same entry, the previous value with the strikethrough is now showing.
Cause
This is an expected system design as per confirmation.
Resolution
The previous value can still be seen on the history panel of the record.
