Symptom
In the resolve and dispatch incidents app in Fiori after opening the search value help for the field "Category" or "Component" once, closing it, and trying to open it again, the popup does not appear as expected and the following error is visible in the browser console:
Error: adding element with duplicate id 'categoryPopover--searchField'
