3602043 - Sales quotation form print formatting issue in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

The standard template SD_SLS_QUOTATION is initially set to landscape mode. When switched to portrait mode, it does not fit the paper properly. 

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the "Manage Sales Quotations" app.
  2. Select an existing quotation or create a new one.
  3. If creating a new quotation, fill in all the required details and save it.
  4. Click on "Header Output Preview".
  5. Click on "Display Document".
  6. Once the document is displayed, click on the printer icon.

Find that the document is set to landscape mode by default. Even when changed to portrait mode, the content does not fit properly on the page.

Cause

The modified template's fragment name is still maintained as "Landscape".

Resolution

Select Landscape_Factsheet and change the fragment name to 'FormMaster_Portrait_A4_OutboundLetter' in the Adobe LiveCycle Designer. Then, save the template and upload it into the "Maintain Form Templates" app.
