Symptom

  • While creating a Web Intelligence document based on Free Hand SQL of Snowflake, gives below error>>

    An error has occurred from the server. The following database error occurred: JDBC driver internal error: exception creating result java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class net.snowflake.client.jdbc.internal.apache.arrow.memory.RootAllocator at net.snowflake.client.jdbc.SnowflakeResultSetSerializableV1.<init>(SnowflakeResultSetSerializableV1.java:368)..   • Test connection in Information Design tool is successful with Server middleware. But 'Show values' panel gives same error after running any SQL script.
