3602123 - Unable to collapse nested folder in course content

The nested folder in course content structure cannot be collapsed. The folder name is greyed-out and always expanded.

1. Create an item with at least 2 layers of course content folder.
2. Assign the item to user
3. Launch the content as the user
4. Note that the second layer folder is greyed-out and cannot be collapsed.

This is expected system behavior.

As confirmed by Product Manager, currently only first layer of folder can be expanded/collapsed in the learner view.

To avoid this issue, admins can adjust the content structure and use only one layer of folders in course content.
