Users are unable to access the Employment Profile Selection in the To-Do list despite being in correct dynamic group.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Reproducing the Issue
- Log in as a user who is part of the Onboarding dynamic group.
- Navigate to the To-Do list.
- Observe that the Employment Profile Selection is not visible.
Cause
Expected Behavior.
Resolution
When a user is added to a dynamic assignment group, they are expected to see new activities rather than previous ones.
Once the tasks in Employment Profile Selection are finished, they will disappear, leaving only tasks that are either uncompleted or overdue still visible.
