3602161 - 'Send Reminder' missing while proxying a manager

When Learning admins launch proxy to look at the New Learning Homepage through a manager's view, the 'Send Reminder' buttons are missing from the Homepage and from the 'Team View' page.

As per Supported and Non-Supported Actions in a Proxy Session, the 'Send Reminder' feature is not supported when admins are proxying managers.

Hence, the scenario reported at this ticket is the application's expected behavior.

To test if the manager in question can see the 'Send Reminder' button, it's necessary that the manager themself logs into the system (that is, without proxying).

Meeting the requirements (having the 'Manager Reminders' permission and tenant's emails enabled, as per KBA 3597236 - "Send Reminder" button is missing for manager who has "Manager Reminders" permission), the manager should be able to see the feature.

Alternatively, to have a different system behavior, it would be possible to have an enhancement request created for it (as per KBA 2090228), where the Learning Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release.
