3602169 - Error when Trying to view Employment Profile Selection tasks in To Do - Onboarding

• Admins cannot access the Employment Profile Selection tasks in To-Do
• Error Message: Cannot invoke "com.successfactors.rcmjobreq.bean.JobReqBean.getTemplateId()" because "this.jobReqBean" is null 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login to the instance as Rehire Coordinator
2. In the To-Do Panel, select the 'Employment Profile Selection' Tasks
3. The error appears.

The Job Requisitions were deleted for the affected records.

Error from the logs:

• failed to handle single batch request: Cannot invoke "com.successfactors.rcmjobreq.bean.JobReqBean.getTemplateId()" because "this.jobReqBean" is null
• GetJobReqByIdV3 called while populateTargetObjectInternal for jobreqId [XXXXX] 

For Live Customers and/or Certified Implementation Partners:

• Raise a support ticket to request checking the logs for the affected Job Requisitions.
• Restore the Job Requisitions IDs via Restore Deleted Job Requisitions and try again.

If additional steps is needed, please reach out to your Recruiting admin or create a Technical Support ticket to Recruiting Team for assistance.

NOTE: To prevent the issue, please avoid deleting any Job Requisitions with inflight candidates.
