3602229 - RMK site not showing in Responsive Design - Recruiting Marketing

RMK site does not show in Responsive Design.

For example, all "Language" values are shown on the same page instead of being shown as a picklist.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

"useresponsivedesign" parameter is missing from the Site Settings XML file.

This parameter is in the Site Settings XML file by default, but for some unknown reason, it is missing from XML, which caused the issue.

Please do the following steps to add the parameter back in XML file:

1. Go to Career Site Builder > Tools > Import & Export 
2. Select Export tab 
3. Select Site Settings > Export 
4. In exported XML file, add the following parameter:
   <useresponsivedesign>true</useresponsivedesign>
   
5. Save the XML file
6. Go back to Career Site Builder > Tools > Import & Export 
7. Select Import tab
8. Select Site Settings > Import
9. Select the new XML file
10. Upload Import File

The page will show fine after importing.
