Symptom

Getting below error when trying to enable the option "Enable the latest experience of Performance Management forms ":

To enable feature "ENABLE_PM_NEW_FORM_DETAIL, featue REIMAGINED_TALENT_USER_EXPERIENCE_FOR_TGM must be enabled first. Please click help icon for details."

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Performance management feature settings
  2. Enable the option "Enable the latest experience of Performance Management forms "
  3. Save the settings 
  4. Error shows up.

Cause

Objective management suite is not enabled.

Using Legacy Goal management.

Resolution

Enable the Goal management suite in provisioning to use the Latest version of PM form.

Latest goal management is one of the prerequisite for using Latest version of form. If you are using older version of goal management, you will not be able to enable the latest form experience.
