3602279 - Incorrect Number of Remaining Tasks Displayed After Mass Completion of New Hire Tasks in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• After performing a mass completion of new hire tasks, the page incorrectly displays the number of remaining tasks.
• The issue persists even after the task has been completed for a new hire, the system still shows the task as pending for that new hire.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Log in as a proxy user.
2. Go to the "For you today" card and click "View All".
3. Select the "Prepare for New Hire's Day 1" task for a new hire.
4. In the blue info panel, note that the task is pending for multiple hires.
5. Add more new hires via the "Add New Hires" button to complete the task for them as well.
6. Continue, fill out the additional note, and submit the task.
7. After the page loads, note that in the blue info panel, the task is still pending for some new hires.
8. Click on "Add New Hires" and note that you can still select new hires for whom the task has already been completed.
9. Refresh the page to see the correct number of pending tasks.

This is a known issue, currently being investigated by our Engineering and Operations team.
