3602279 - Incorrect number of remaining tasks displayed after mass completion of New Hire Tasks - Onboarding

1. After performing a mass completion of new hire tasks, the system incorrectly displays the number of remaining tasks.
2. Even after completing a task for a new hire, the task may still appear as pending. 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Log in as a proxy user.
2. Go to the "For You Today" card and click "View All".
3. Select the "Prepare for New Hire's Day 1" task for a new hire.
4. In the blue info panel, note that the task is pending for multiple hires.
5. Use the "Add New Hires" button to complete the task for additional hires.
6. Fill out any additional notes and submit the task.
7. After the page reloads, observe that the task still shows as pending for some new hires in the blue info panel.
8. Clicking "Add New Hires" may still allow selection of hires for whom the task has already been completed.
9. Refreshing the page shows the correct number of pending tasks.

Engineering is aware of this issue and is working on a permanent fix (OBX-39498). There is no confirmed timeframe for resolution yet. You can track this KBA for updates or contact your SAP Account Executive for the latest information.
