3602346 - SAML fails due to incorrectly formatted securityContext.xml file

• SAML logons are failing or not working
• In the spring saml logs, an error like the below is seen:
  Line 253 in XML document from ServletContext resource [/WEB-INF/securityContext.xml] is invalid
  
  Caused by: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: cvc-complex-type.2.4.a: Invalid content was found starting with element '{"http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans":property}'. One of '{"http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans":import, "http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans":alias, "http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans":bean, WC[##other:"http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans"], "http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans":beans}' is expected.
• Note: in this case the line is 253, but in other cases the line number, or caused by may be different
