Symptom
When assigning the Collection Specialist to the Collection Worklist Items in app Supervise Collections Worklist, the specialist list keeps loading and does not display the list to select from.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to app Supervise Collections Worklist.
- Specify the input fields.
- Click on Go.
- Select the Collection Worklist Items.
- Click on Assign to Specialist.
Cause
The Collection Group defined in the configuration step Define Collection Group (SSCUI 101921) or the Collection Segment to which the collection group is assigned in the configuration step Assign Collection Groups to Collection Segments (SSCUI 102252), is defined with a space between the characters, example XX YYYY. Due to the space between the characters in the collection group or the collection segment, the correct value is not fetched from the backend in the UI screen, resulting in the issue.
Resolution
- The collection group and collection segment name in configuration steps Define Collection Group (SSCUI 101921) and Assign Collection Groups to Collection Segments (SSCUI 102252) needs to be redefined without space (character underscore can also be used instead of space).
- If the collection segment in SSCUI 102252 is Released, the released segment cannot be renamed or deleted.
- A new segment can be created in this case and assigned to the respective collection profile.
