3602404 - Error when Clicking the Edit Option in the Manage Work Center Capacity App

When clicking the "Edit" option in the 'Manage Work Center Capacity' app, the following error message is displayed:

• Maintain an active version in the Change Work Center Capacity app to continue.

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

1. Open the Manage Work Center Capacity app.
2. Select a Work Center from the list.
3. Click on the "Edit" option.
4. The error message appears.

The issue is caused by a missing active version in the Change Work Center app.

1. Open the 'Change Work Center' app.
2. Navigate to the Capacities tab.
3. Scroll down and click on the Capacity option (In this option, capacity header data can be maintained).
   
4. In the Available capacity section, assign an active version (01).
   
5. Save the changes.
