3602453 - Direct reports count in the Org chart with toggle "Include Contingent Workers" - 1H 2025

In the Org Chart, the direct reports count is not based on the toggle "Include Contingent Workers".

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Org Chart 

1. Go to Org chart -> Search for the people whose direct report is contingent worker.
2. When the toggle "Include Contingent Workers" is disabled -> The number of direct reports showing including the contingent workers, but the contingent workers are not shown.   
   

• Currently, the system is functioning as designed.
• We encourage you to submit an enhancement request to have this functionality considered in future development cycles.
