3602506 - Inability to Change Target Logistics Area in Inbound Task

The issue is characterized by the inability to modify the Target Logistics Area of the Put-Away task in the Inbound Logistics work center. 

Site Logistics Task

1. Navigate to the Inbound Logistics work center.
2. Proceed to the Task Control view.
3. Search and select the relevant task.
4. Choose the Confirm button.
5. Observe that the Target Logistics area field is not editable when the line item is selected.

The inability to change the Target Logistics area is due to the line item being a split line item. This split line item, created from the parent line item, already has a confirmed quantity against it, hence the Target Logistics area cannot be altered.

You can change the Logistics Area for remaining open quantities.

1. Select the Split Quantities option against the existing line item.
2. In the newly created line item, change the target logistics area before confirming any quantity.
