SAP Cloud for Customer

Please follow the below steps to identify the limited user consumption:

• Go to Service Control Center WOC.
• Counted User Overview WOCV.
• Select SAP Cloud for Customer, Limited Package, User user type.
• In Usage Overview, the list of business users assigned to SAP Cloud for Customer, Limited Package, User and user type will be visible. A red circle in the usage column indicates over-usage.

Please Note: Compliance can be checked using the Last Month Usage and Last 12 Months Usage column views. Individual users who have breached compliance are indicated by red circle and users whose licenses are compliant by green squares(kindly refer to above images). Further, an individual business user’s 12-month usage history can be seen by selecting the blue calendar icon.
