3602622 - Unable to Extract all Projects via Data Extraction

In Projects' Data Extraction the results have a smaller number of records than expected. 

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Application and user Management work center.
2. Go to Data extraction view. 
3. Select run ABC (ABC is the run ID). 

Run ABC has a number of records of 100 when it was expected 300 (100 and 300 are only fictitious numbers as example). 

The volume of data is too huge. That is why the run delivers a number of records smaller than the total expected. 

The reason why can be, for example, a large number of project time recordings and expenses. 

The user can:

• reduce the package size;
• add more filters.
