3602653 - Endless loop while uploading PIR via CSV file in Maintain PIR App

When attempting to upload Planned Independent Requirements (PIRs) using a CSV file in the “Maintain PIR” app (F3445), the process enters an indefinite loop, preventing successful file upload.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Uploaded the data onto a CSV. file
2. In Maintain PIR app click on 'Upload and Edit'
3. Select CSV. file
4. Click on upload
5. Observe that the system enters a continuous loading state (endless loop)

The CSV. file is not in a standard general format.

It is important to ensure that the format of the standard template remains unchanged while modifying the downloaded file template before upload.
Some common formatting issues include:

• Missing apostrophe (') in material numbers, plant and MRP Area.

• Incorrect or inconsistent format in the quantity field

To resolve the issue, download a new version of the standard template from the system and re-enter the data using the correct format before attempting the upload again.
