Symptom

This KBA explains how to change the Create Profile Button when manually adding a candidate in Recruiting.

Environment

General Candidate Issues (not Offers, not Profiles)

Resolution

  • To change the Button Color when Not all the required fields are filled up:
    1. Go to Admin Center > Themes Manager 
    2. Select the Theme that needs to be updated or is currently in use 
    3. Click on Fine Tune > Primary Buttons 
      • Disabled text color 
      • Disabled background color
      • Disabled border color
  • To change the Button Color when "All" the required fields are filled up:
    1. Go to Admin Center > Themes Manager 
    2. Select the Theme that needs to be updated or is currently in use 
    3. Click on Fine Tune > Primary Buttons
      • Text color - default
      • Text color - hover
      • Background color - default
      • Background color - hover
      • Border color - default
      • Border color - hover

Note: By default, when "NOT" all of the required fields has the required information, the button will show with light colors. This is to indicate that the button is not available or cannot be used.
