• A timestamp error is being received when accessing Security > Users
• Error Message: An error has occurred.
  Please return to the home page to continue accessing your account. If the error still appears, close the browser and re-start Onboarding 1.0. Error timestamp: YYYYMMDDHHMMSS.

1. Go to Onboarding 1.0
2. Go to Security Tabs
3. Select User
4. Failed to access

Data Issue:

• There are one or two users with the same first/last names that are in an incorrect format. e.g. first letter of the last name is in bold letter while the other user is in normal format. 
• As a result, we are getting unique constraint error while loading the page.

A script execution is required to fix the data.

• This script aims to correct the bold format of the last name to a normal format.
• After the script, Onboarding Security > Users is now accessible.

For Live Customers and/or Implementation Partners

• Raise a support ticket and request the support team to check the logs of the error
• Provide your approval for script execution once validated that the issue is same as described in the 'Cause'
