3602701 - Initial Release of Joule AI for Story reports

Symptom

  • You have already enabled Joule in SAP SuccessFactors, but you are unable to find the AI assistant when using Story Reports.
  • You would like to know how to get insights from Joule AI in your Story reports. 
  • You would like a documentation on how the tool works, how to enable it and how to use it in Story reports.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Resolution

In the current releases the option is not available for Story reports.

Even though Joule AI is already available for use on SAP SuccessFactors, as per KBA 3390798 - Joule availability in SAP SuccessFactors. This enhancement is still not available to be used on  Story reports yet.

The Joule AI is planned to be implemented first on SAP Analytics Cloud Stories on Q2 2025 release, according to SAP Road Map page. After its implementation on SAP Analytics Cloud Stories, it will be implemented on Story Reports available on SuccessFactors. 

We still don't have an exact date of when this feature will be available in SAP SuccessFactors. Please check this KBA and SAP Help Portal What's New in SAP SuccessFactors Joule page for any updates.
