3602704 - Deep Link URL to Application Profile Does Not Display Applicant ID Information - Recruiting Management

When accessing the Application Profile link from the Candidate Snapshot, the URL only displays the jobapplicationid=<value> and the applicantId=<value> is not visible.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Log into the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module.
2. Select a Job Requisition.
3. Navigate to the candidate summary page.
4. Select a Candidate.
5. Find Application Profile link on the Candidate Snapshot.
6. Copy the URL and observe that only 'jobapplicationid=' is visible, 'applicantId=' is missing.

The Latest Application Workbench is not enabled in Manage Recruiting Settings.

Enable the New Candidate Workbench feature in Manage Recruiting Settings by selecting the "Enable Latest Applicant Workbench" option. Once this setting is enabled, the URL will be updated to include both applicantId and jobapplicationid values.
