3602714 - Error 'Interval to year does not exist for object' in Interface Monitor

Symptom

You've noticed that, upon running 'edoc_inbound_msg' to update the status of invoices with the responses from the Cloud Platform Integration/Document Reporting and Compliance: Cloud Edition, no messages are being pulled and the status of the invoices remains the same in 'edoc_cockpit', despite having a response from the Tax Authority in CPI/DRCC.
