A Guided Buying RFQ event got stuck in submitting status and later moved back to composing status with an error:
"An error occurred while creating line items on sourcing event. If you need more information to resolve the issue, please contact your procurement team."
When verifying the Sourcing event for this RFQ the event was created in Draft and there was no line item.
