SAP Analytics Cloud agent and agent kit are released on a regular basis. By design, the customer does not need to deploy the latest agent even though newer versions contain new feature enhancements and bug fixes.
Backwards compatiblity ensures the customer can pick a time to bring Cloud agent offline and perform an upgrade.
This document provides an aggregated view of the changes from the SAP Notes for the releases listed.
Resolution
As of version 1.0.237 / wave 2019.15 release, Cloud agent and Cloud agent kit release SAP Notes contain list of changes information.
The following table consolidates information from individual release SAP Notes into a single view for easy consumption.
Version: Cloud agent version
Release Wave: Initial release wave
List of Changes: Cloud Connector, SAPJVM and Apache Tomcat upgrades are specfiic to Cloud agent kit; anything else affects Cloud agent.
Cloud Kit Bundle: Specify any changes to Cloud Connector, SAPJVM or Apache Tomcat in Cloud agent kit.
SAP Note: Release SAP Note number for Cloud agent and Cloud agent kit.
Status: This will indicate if a given release is removed from SMP due to critical issue or outdate release.
Minimum Version: If the cell is blank, it means no change from the previous version(s).
