The "Cancel" action button has disappeared after 1H 2025 release.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Login to Instance
- Navigate to Admin Center -> Performance from Home drop down
- Open any PM form
- "Cancel" button is missing at bottom of the page
Cause
Significant Experience Changes. the Cancel button has been removed on the Latest Experience of Performance Management Forms to prevent users from misunderstanding that they can cancel all their changes. When a change is automatically saved, it cannot be undone with this button.
Resolution
Workaround to use the cancel button functionality: disable the Latest Experience of Performance Management Forms from Performance Management Feature Settings.
