Symptom

When trying to send out Sales Pricing Conditions from SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud using outbound implementation PRCG_CNDN, the below error occurs.

Fields could not be processed. Please report an incident.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

One possible cause is that the "Business System" is using lowercase letters in the "Communication System" app.

Resolution

Change the Business System in uppercase letters in "Communication System" app and retest again.
