3602859 - Prevent Multiple Class Registration Interval Not Working in SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Symptom

  • Users are able to register into two classes consecutively despite the setting "Prevent Multiple Class Registration Interval" being enabled.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login and go to My Learning
  2. Create an item and set the "Prevent Multiple Class Registration Interval" to 9999
  3. Schedule multiple classes in future within the interval 
  4. Go to My Learning and register for class
  5. Note user can register for more than one class
