3602884 - LOA Time Types Not Visible in Mobile App During Leave Request Creation – Enhancement MOB-91061

Symptom

As part of the new enhancement MOB-91061, Leave of Absence (LOA) time types are expected to be visible in the mobile application during leave request creation. However, users in the Preview instance are currently unable to view these time types when attempting to submit a leave request.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central – Time Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile Application (iOS/Android).

  2. Navigate to Request Time Off.

  3. Tap on Time Type selection.

  4. Observe that LOA time types are missing from the list.

Cause

  • The enhancement MOB-91061 is not yet available in the current version of the mobile app on the Preview instance. It is scheduled for release with the SAP SuccessFactors 2505 Production release.

Resolution

The enhancement MOB-91061 will be available in the mobile app after the production release on 16 May 2025.

To access the updated functionality:

  • Ensure the mobile app is updated to the latest version after the production release.

  • The updated app versions typically become available on Monday or Tuesday following the production release, aligned with the "Valid as Of" date in the What’s New Viewer.👉 SAP What’s New Viewer – Enhancement MOB-91061
