3602890 - BCUI error message: "Field employee-class exists in element jobInfo with different attributes."

• An error occurs when attempting to set the field employee-class as mandatory in Manage Business Configuration UI.
• The error message states "Field employee-class exists in element jobInfo with different attributes."

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Manage Business Configuration (BCUI) & Data Models (XML)

1. Navigate to Manage business configuration.
2. Select jobInfo_BEL.
3. Select jobInfo_BEL_onboardee.
4. Find the field employee-class.
5. Set the field Mandatory to yes and save.

The issue arises due to system design, where fields cannot be configured with different attributes in Country Specific Data Model to that of Succession Data Model. 
A validation error is thrown if configured so.

Ensure to have all the attributes of Field employee-class similar in both Succession Data Model and CSF Data Model.
