3602965 - 'Create Time Off' Use Case In Joule Does Not Work - 1H 2025

Following the 1H 2025 release, when trying to create a time off request via Joule, an error message is received from Joule stating that the action cannot be performed.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

1. Click on Joule icon
2. Type in ‘Create a time off request’
3. See that Joule replies with “Creating a time off request is not supported in this context. However, I can assist you with approving or declining time off requests. If you need help with that, please let me know!” or something similar like “I apologize for any confusion, but I am unable to apply for leave directly. Please use your company’s leave application system to submit your vacation leave request for tomorrow. If you need further assistance, feel free to ask!”  

• SAP Engineering team are aware of the issue and are currently working on a fix.
