In Manage Permission Roles, "Hide 'All active/inactive employees' option in Launch Forms wizard" is greyed out and this warning can be seen: "Warning: Invalid permissions. Please contact technical support".

SAP SuccessFactors HCM

1. In Admin Center go to 'Manage Permission Roles"
2. Open a role.
3. Go to General User Permission and see that "Hide 'All active/inactive employees' option in Launch Forms wizard" permission is greyed out and this error message is shown: "Warning: Invalid permissions. Please contact technical support".

This is an environment issue usually caused by a missing/failed database upgrade script.
