3603021 - Units are displayed in hours in Administer Time Workbench even if Working Time Recording in Days (France) enabled for Time Sheet

When you go to Administer Time Workbench, for example: Planned Working Time or Work Schedule will show the number of hours planned instead of the number of days. 
In the Timesheet UI,  the planned and the recorded working time are displayed in days.

Administer Time Workbench is an Admin UI and not ESS UI.

This is the expected behavior.
As this is an Admin UI and not an Employee Self Service.
Days will be shown in all Employee Self Service UIs.

Supported UIs: 
Both the planned and the recorded working time are displayed in days on the following UIs:

1) Time Sheet UI
 --> Note: Absences are also displayed in days. Usually, absences are displayed in hours on the Time Sheet UI even if their unit is days.

2) People Profile – Time Management section

3) Time Sheet Quick Approval Card

4) Time Sheet Workflow Details UI

5) Single Record Approval Workflow Details UI

The following UIs will show times in hours (no conversion to days) even if the employee is configured as a day recorder: 

1) People Profile – Work Schedule Details UI 

2) Administer Time – Work Schedule Tab 

3) Administer Time – Planned Working Time Tab 

4) Time Sheet UI: Time Valuation Results, Time Collectors, Working Time / Time Off in Lieu Account Balances
