Symptom

You activate BC Set Z_TAX_REFORM_ACC_SQNC_MM_S4CORE as implementation step of SAP Note 3569061.
The activation is not successful. These messages are raised:

Diagnosis

For objects with maintenance status "Read" and "Change", entries cannot be inserted or deleted by the BC Set.

Procedure

Before activating the BC Set, use the "compare with Customizing tables" function to display any insert/delete entries of the BC Set that do not exist in the database.

Before activating the BC Set, ensure that the key entries of the BC Set exist in the database so that only modifications by the BC Set are carried out.
